I am looking for some good Home Plans for a new house that I intend to build. Are there any online credible resources for good home plans / house plans / blueprints. I don't mind purchasing one, if it is worth it.
There is a fantastic website from the Southern Living stable -- www.slhouseplans.com. You will find a host of plans and blueprints here. And since you are from Georgia, I think you will appreciate the southern designs the most.. these guys are the best when it comes to that.

www.conceptualhouseplans.com got a good rec from a friend of mine. They charge much less for their plans becuase they're not specced out down to the last details--those have to vary by regional code anyway. Some of the plans are pretty standard but some are really unusual, at least for Indiana.

There are New home plans, Free House Plans, Small House Plans, Country House Plans, Southern House Plans, or Luxury Home Plans, basically you can say that the database is huge!!!
