Everything in the house we bought was pink and blue. All we have left now is the blue and white ceramic tile backsplash. Can it be updated without removing the tile?
I'd love to have tumbled marble in warm tones.
Thanks for any suggestions or ideas. Kay

You can have a tumbled marble tile mural made- glue on to backerboard , frame with stone tiles and then install over your existing tiles.
I found some great tiles from http://mytilebacksplash.com . I ordered some glass subway tile from them, it turned out great. check them out.

My opinion is you should tear out the backsplash and do it right. You will be happier in the long run, so it is definatly worth the extra work. You can find a inexpensive ceramic that has the look of tumbled stone without the price tag. TRUST ME, when the paint starts peeling off the tile, you'll wish you just replaced it in the first place.
GOOD LUCK!

Hi Guys,
Just joined up, i can't see the edit button to edit my profile lol can anyone help?
Due to some funky settings on the Message Boards, your View/Edit Complete Profile button is hidden in the same color font as the background you see when you try to edit your profile.
Once you go to your Personal Zone's Profile section, click in the blue background area and press CTRL+A or try dragging your mouse to highlight the area in the blue section. You'll see the View/Edit Complete Profile link appear. Click on the link and edit away! Hope that helps!!
