We had some work done by Classic Kitchen and Bath in Westmont, IL and the experience has been a nightmare. Larry Larson has been completely unresponsive and there are so many outstanding issues still remaining with the work. I have found others in just a matter of minutes searching the internet that have had similar problems with the integrity of Classic Kitchen and Bath - I only wish I had found this out before I signed the contract.

Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with problems like incomplete work, incorrect products installed, home damage, etc.?

Hopefully you did not pay him in full. If not, stop all payments, send a letter to him with a cc to your lawyer. If not response, pursue putting a lien on his business for damages. Don't let a company that provides bad business/service get away with it. Strike while the iron is hot!
