Hi folks,
I am amidst a kitchen total remodel. My question for you is: how much clearance should there be between the range cooktop and the bottom the OTR microwave? The manufacturer's only requirement is that there be a minimum of 30" from range cooktop to bottom of cabinet where MW will attach to.
By the looks of my plans, I have the 30", but the MW being 17" in height (top-to-bottom), that leaves me only 13" between cooktop and bottom of MW.
