Hello, everyone! I'm new, and have two questions and would appreciate any help you could provide:

1. When I subscribed, the field that's apparently for username (but was labeled margie) confused me, so I typed in what? and that's now my username - how the heck do I change it? When I go to personal zone and click on profile, I don't see edit profile anywhere. I really don't want to be stuck as "what?" for a username, LOL.

2. We have a Jenn-Air downdraft smooth ceramic cooktop (electric), and we're trying to figure out how to clean the very narrow downdraft vent. Any ideas?

Hi there-

Here's how to change your username in 6 steps:

1. Make sure you are logged in

2. Click on the "Go" tab located on the message board navigation.

3. Under the "Go" tab, scroll over the button that says "Personal Zone."

4. This will result in another menu popping up. Click "Profile" on this menu.

5. You should be on a screen that says "Member Profile for what?" On this screen, it should say "View/Edit complete profile" on the upper right hand of the control box. Click on "View/Edit complete profile."

6. This should take you to a page that says "Edit Profile for what?". Here you can change your name and any other personal settings.
