We are considering Subzero or Thermador for our kitchen appliances: refrigerator, gas cook top, double ovens, microwave. Is one manufacturer better than another? Does one manufacturer provide more features than the other?

We are going with the Subzero frig because it has two condensers on it. Our friends have one and love theirs because the food stays fresher much longer and the oders of food don't transfer from frig to freezer. (Carrots from the garden last fall were still fresh in May when they finally finished using them.) Also lettuce lasts for weeks before going bad. Don't know about the other appliances.
