I am a third year product design student, and am looking at designing a modular cooking surface or a cook suface to improve use of space and ergonomics in small kitchens and which may help to promote prepartion of fresh meals where people are usually constrained from doing so. i am also looking at using induction technology in my design as i like the safety and ecological aspects of induction cooking.
i would really appreciate any kind of feedback or advice on this topic especially if anybody has issues with workspace in their kitchen.
