Is stainless as hard as it sounds to keep clean? I am thinking about getting a stainless over, refrigerator, and dishwasher, but the process for cleaning seems cumbersome at best. I need to hear from people with stainless appliances?

I recently purchased stainless appliances to replace the ones in the home we just bought. I've been using the stainless "wipes" and they work well. Also, I should mention that I actually purchased a Kenmore Elite Ultra Satin fridge that lokks like stainless but doesn't finger-print as easily. Looks great with the GE stainless I chose. HTH
