I am trying to decide on an undermount sink either with the oval back or rectangle. The size of the oval back is 23 3/4 x 21 1/4. I like the look of it but need to know if anyone has it. I do a lot of baking and need to know if it holds a cookie sheet flat on the bottom and is large enough. Also any advice on flush mount to countertop or the 1/4" countertop overhang?

Sherry, With the oval back or "D" shaped bowls consider a single hole faucet to be placed in one of the corners. You can balance the other side with a soap dispenser. You may find you won't have room directly behind the bowl for a faucet. Many sink manufacturers have the "D" shaped bowls that are large enough and have a flat bottom to them. Make sure if you are going to let the counter over hang the bowl that you clean under there. Just because you can't see it doesn't mean bacteria can't grow there. Some sinks also offer the option of revealing about 1/4" of the sink rim. Make sure you get to look at all the options before you decide. Good Luck!
