I have been deciding on cabinets etc. for my kitchen and am finally at the final decision point. I am steering towards Armstrong Cabinets.
Cherry - Cinnamon - I was leaning towards the glazed cabinets, but aside from the fact that they are 20% more in cost, I thought they might be 'trendy'. My question is this, in searing the net, I do not see Armstrong Cabinets rated among the companies. Although their site claims they are rated #1 by JD Powers and
Asssoc. - has anyone ever installed Armstrong Cabinets in their homes? Sorry for the wordiness.

I just re-did my kitchen. I had Kitchen Tune-Up do my cabinets and they worked through a Salt Lake City firm called Crown. I chose Alder in the colors Latte with a Black Glaze. They are wonderful. You can access Kitchen Tune-Up on the Web for an estimate.

my husband and I are in the middle of remodelling our kitchen and have just been informed that the granite company we were going to have install our counter tops has basically gone out of business - we were told by our cabinet company that reccommended them, "They are stealing money". Does anyone out there have any advice on what we can do about the $1,200 that we gave them as a down payment? Is there any hope of ever seeing this money again? Thank you for any help you can offer.

The best suggestion I have is to file a complaint with your local Better Business Bureau. They should be able to track down the lawyer for the company that went out of business and will help you file a claim for $$$.
