Help, I am totally lost in the choice of a granite to replace our laminate countertops. Our honey oak cabinets are staying and our appliances are white. We don't want Ubatuba which is a logical choice but wonder if Blue Pearl (on the gray side ala Home Depot's example) would work with honey oak. We want to contrast with the wood and also want to avoid yellows or golds. Any help, please?
